Take Pronto out of carrying bag and look for the groove that holds the pole

Take the pole out and slide the three sections together

Place the bottom of the pole in the hole in
the cannister

Holding pole, reach down and grab the top of the banner along the top, not just the hook

Lean the pole back and pull the banner up

Keep leaning and pulling the banner up until you get to the top of the pole - insert the hook into the top of the pole

Stand the banner upright - reach down and flip the foot forward. It is on the bottom of the canister

To dismantle, simply
reverse the process

Carefully guide the banner back into the cassette, realigning if necessary to guide it in straight
