Care and Feeding of Your Display

Your trade show display works hard for you, up and down, in and out, year in and year out. Here are some helpful care instructions that will help your display to look its best at all times:

   1.  Laminated Graphics:

       a. The enemy of laminated graphics is heat. As summer is upon us, please remember to NOT leave your display and its laminated graphics in a hot car trunk or garage for an extended period of time. That kind of heat can cause the graphics to not hang properly and loosen the velcro, magnets, or stiffeners.

       b. You can clean smudges off your graphics with a soft cloth and Windex or, for stubborn smudges, a small amount of lighter fluid applied first to the cloth.

       c. Keep your mural panels in their protective sleeves, to help protect them from smudges that won't come off.

       d. Always roll your graphics with the image out. Except, if they have been compromised, and are not sticking very well, try rolling them with the image in for awhile.

    2.  Cloth (Tension Fabric) Graphics:

       a. These graphics can be machine washed and dried (warm water, gentle cycle, and low heat) if they don't have any permanent stiffeners on them. Spots can be treated with a mild spot remover if necessary. Remove from dryer immediately and fold carefully.

       b. Tablethrows SHOULD be machine washed and dried, not dry cleaned. There should be a care tag on the tablethrow, so follow those directions.

    3.  Xpressions and Burst Frames:

       a. Xpressions and Burst frames have weight on them from the graphics that are attached. You should carefully handle the frames as they can be damaged when setting up. Click here for proper set-up for both (in new windows.) ( Xpressions  -  Bursts) If you do damage your frame, it can most likely be repaired, so call us for instructions.

       b. Do not ship or take these displays through luggage unless in a hard shipping case.
