Trade Show New Year's Resolutions

New Year's Day is the time to make resolutions - the promises that clarify how we want to improve our lives. I thought I'd offer up a half dozen trade show related resolutions to help you make 2006 your best exhibiting year ever.

1. Make Training a Priority:

Your booth staff are your number one resource on the show floor. This year, make sure they have every resource they need to shine!

2. Clearly Define Exhibiting's Role in your Marketing Structure:

Only when trade shows are fully understood and appreciated as a vital business tool will they receive priority status.

3. Only Attend Perfect Shows:

These are shows that help us meet our marketing objectives, attract our target audience, and offer a positive ROI.

4. Start Preparing Early:

Reduce stress and improve results by allowing your team enough time to prepare for the next show. You'll need 9-12 months to do everything right.

5. Embrace Creative Thinking:

Make this year the year you dare to do something a little different with your exhibit. Attract attendee's attention and you attract sales.

6. Use Appropriate Giveaways:

Leave the water bottles and tote bags behind you - unless you're in the water bottle or tote bag business! Instead, focus on freebies that help reinforce your corporate image, marketing message, and product line.

Beach Bum Bursts out at Bridal Show

Beach Bum Vacations wanted an eye-catching, easy display to attract Brides to their booth at bridal shows. The BURST fabric display was perfect. The 10' wide by 8" tall display travels in one carrying bag, and couldn't be more dramatic. Click here for more info on the BURST.
