Modular Portable Displays gain ground on Custom Displays

Many trade show exhibitors are either choosing modular portable displays or switching from their current custom displays for several reasons:

1. Generally custom displays require more manpower at a show and thereby increase the costs of on-site assembly. A modular display is designed to be installed by non-professionals and can usually be installed with less personnel.

2. In most cases the costs of shipping modular are less than shipping a custom display which is often heavier than a modular.

3. The Modular Display can often be designed to break down into smaller displays for use at regional shows or have smaller footprint and simply require less space.

4. Modular Displays can now be designed essentially to reflect the exhibitors particular esthetic and informational needs and can stand out in the space as a unique design.

5. Because of less personnel costs, reduced shipping expenditures, and multi-use capabilities the modular display can provide a significant long-term reduction in cost.

Improved Rental Options on Website

We know that sometimes renting the trade show display structure is a prudent idea. We especially recommend it for companies new to trade show marketing. Until you have a worked a show or two, it is hard to know exactly what display will work best for your needs. If a new show comes up on your show schedule and the times overlap with another show, renting might be the answer.

We have always offered pop-up rental options, but we now offer the new extrusion system as rental options.  The graphics for these systems are tension fabric, so the price for the graphics comes in about 1/3 less than traditional laminated graphics, and you get a high-tech look, plus a structure that can hold monitors or products.
