How to download Webinars and the
WebEx Player:

  1. Download and install the WebEx Player.
  2. Save a webinar presentation below to your desktop or a folder on your hard drive.
  3. Locate the downloaded ZIP file on your computer and use WinZip or a similar program to extract the webinar file (.wrf file) to your desktop or other folder.
  4. Open the WebEx Player to play the extracted webinar file you saved onto your computer.
  5. Locate and download the corresponding PDF handout. Print handouts and distribute to all participants.
